Alright! I’ve accomplished my first handyman duty (excluding the window shelves (hey! why does that get excluded (I don’t know… I don’t make up the rules))).

…and it is FINE china too! Oma gave it to us for our wedding present! (With Mom Williams’ and Sam’s and…maybe Alanna’s help too!)

We had a VERY nice dinner on our china to celebrate. Mashed potatoes, roast beef, salad, candles, it was pretty much AWESOME.

– Bonzai!

The weirdest part is that Bonzai has a weird tumor:

It’s pretty gross. Maybe I will take him to the vet.

But… they may have something to say about me keeping him in a glass jar!

So, often we don’t have the time or change to dry all of our laundry (today, we didn’t dry ANY of our laundry) at the laundromat, and often we don’t know what to do with it all. Usually we hang things off the banister, chairs, the shower, the tops of doors, just about anything that you can drape something over to dry. But, this week we had a LOT of socks, and nowhere to hang them. I looked EVERYWHERE. Every drying spot was taken! Then, I was struck with this brain idea:

We went to Mom Williams’ church’s Christmas Eve Service.
It was a lot of fun:

Then we went to the Wiles house.

We even managed to get him to smile!

We all played TWISTER (even the adults!)

And guess who the champion is??

Here is the finishing move that declared Mom as the Twister Champion!
