Pulled Pork Sandwiches
Here’s how I made pulled pork sandwiches today. Highly recommended!
Start early in the morning, so your pork can cook all day. It should be falling apart by the end of the day.
At the end of the day (for me that was 5:00pm), take the pork out and shred it with a fork. Put the shredded pork back into the crockpot and turn it to HIGH to let the sauce thicken.
When it looks ready, slap some on a bun and enjoy!

[[[DRAWING]]]0,|||Ingredients:
1 large onion
6 garlic cloves
1 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp chili powder
1 can tomato paste
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
3/4 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
3 pounds pork shoulder roast // something cheap trimmed of excess fat.
1. Finely chop onions, and add to crock. Press garlic and add the rest of the ingredients. Puree with an immersion blender.
2. After trimming pork, add to the sauce. Add water until the pork is covered.
3. Cook on low all day. It should pull apart easily with a wooden spoon when finished.
Serve over rice, buns or baked potatoes.
